Cleaning Guide: Before first use, wipe external portions with moist cloth and dry. To clean rollers and cutting blades before first use, first make a small sheet of dough. Do not consume this first batch.
Maintenance: To preserve the quality of your pasta machine, disconnect before cleaning and remove any residues of dough from the rollers with a soft brush or skewer. Clean the external parts of the machines with a moist cloth and dry after each use. Do not wash the machine in the dishwasher or under running water. Do not disassemble the parts.
