Knots & Pans Registries, Inc. (the "Company") operates www.knotsandpans.com (the "Website").  This page informs you of the Company's policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information the Company receives from users of the Website.

By using the Website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.  However, you can visit the Website and browse without having to provide personal details.  During your visit to the Website you remain anonymous and at no time can the Company identify you unless you register an account on the Website and log on with your user name and password.

  • To facilitate your use of the Website's Services, and/or access to the Website and Registry Account;
  • To customize your Registry page;
  • To process your orders and to provide you with the services and information offered through this Website and which you request;
  • To deliver the products you have purchased through the Website.  We may pass your personal information on to a third party in order to make delivery of the product to you (for example to the Seller's representative or the Company's courier);
  • To contact, arrange and update you on the delivery of the products;
  • To process the payments that you make to the Company on behalf of the Sellers.  We may pass your personal information to the Company's agent to process your payments;

1.4       The Sellers, delivery partners, payment processing partners do not retain, share, store or use your personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

1.5       The Company guarantees that it shall exert best efforts to ensure that all information received will be kept confidential and secure.

1.6       The Company shall, under no circumstance, sell your personal information to third parties without your express written consent.

3.2       If you have a Registry Account / Account with the Company, you may access your information and the details of your order at any time by logging into your Account on the Website.  You will be able to view the details of your orders that have been completed, the status of delivery, check your available store credit, and administer your bank details. 

3.3       If you believe that any information that the Company has is incorrect or incomplete, please email the Company as soon as possible, at the above address. The Company will promptly correct any information reported to be incorrect.

3.4       The foregoing notwithstanding, please note that you may not change or alter the delivery address, which you supplied the Company until after the wedding date has passed.

4.1       You can update your personal information by accessing your account on the Website.

4.2       The Company reserves the right to share your updated personal information with third parties, including without limitation, wedding guests, Sellers, third party delivery partners, and payment processing partner for the same purpose as stated in paragraph 1.3 of this Agreement.

5.         SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1       The security of your Personal Information is important to us, hence, the Company shall exert best effort to take precautions to protect your information.  When you submit information via the Website, your information is protected both online and offline.

5.2       When the Company collects information such as credit card data, that information is encrypted and transmitted to the Company in a secure way.  The Company uses Paynamics encryption technology and industry-leading fraud detection measures when processing your financial details.
