It's convenient for you and your guest too. They can get you a gift in two minutes (yes, we timed it). They can even get you a gift on the way to your celebration.

To add to efficiency, we've created tools for registry simplicity.

The GIFT TRACKER is a tool that allows you to track what gifts you received, who sent it and what his/her respective well wishes are. This tool comes very handy for writing thank-you cards either physically or digitally.

The GROUP GIFT allows you to not overthink an expensive item. Guests can pitch in for the full amount of the item so you can get that dream sofa or heaven-sent coffee maker you want.

Everything's hand-picked and we make sure only things we love go into the store. In fact, we love our items so much we put them together in COLLECTIONS to inspire you. Each collection is made by our tastemakers to help you imagine how an item might fit into your dream home. Collections cater to varied tastes and home personalities - for the obsessive bakers, the minimalists, the color happy couples, or the man cave building hubbies. Through these pre-imagined collections, we want to show you just how special every item can be.

STEP 1 : SIGN-UP

Choose 'Create a Registry' on the homepage and accomplish the required fields.

STEP 2: BUILD YOUR REGISTRY

Go to Shop Page and start browsing the site to select the items and funds you wish to add to your registry. You can opt to browse by Category, by Collection, or by Brand.

Add items from our COLLECTIONS page.

It can be difficult imagining what a single item might look like in your future home. With the help of our tastemakers, we do the imagining for you. We've put together collections - featuring varied tastes and needs - for the obsessive bakers, the minimalists, the color happy couples, or the man cave building hubbies. This is to help inspire you. And help you choose the items that'll best fit your vision. To add an item or fund to your registry, simply click on the item.

Add items by shopping per category.

Peruse our comprehensive menu on the top bar. Select by room, or by item. And narrow down your selection by sorting items in the order you'd like to see them. Simply click on the SORT BY button on the left side of your page. Whatever it is you're look for; we're positive you'll find something you'll like.

Add or Delete gifts

Hover your mouse over an item in your MY REGISTRY page. You will see the words MANAGE REGISTRY. Once you click the item, a pop-up will appear allowing you to increase an item's quantity, change the color of the item, or remove the item completely. You can also add a note to your guests about how much you want to have that item for your home, or how a certain genuinely kind and generous contribution to a fund will really go a long way.

STEP 3 : PERSONALIZE YOUR REGISTRY

Your guests aren't allowed to shop for new items. We want them to pick only from the items and funds you've chosen, so you only get the things and funds you want. This means that the only page your guests will be able to choose from for you is your registry page. So let's get them excited about the gifts they'll be giving you by creating a more personalized registry page.

Edit your BANNER PHOTO

This is the large cover photo that you see on the top most part of your page. Think of it as welcome greeting to your guests. So let's show them something that will get them giddy about your special day. Perhaps put a photo of your growing belly. A photo of the day your fiancé proposed amidst the lavender fields. Or maybe even just your favorite photo of your travels.

Edit your PROFILE PHOTO

We've created a quick-search function for your guests. All they have to do is search for the Registrant’s name in our Search task bar, and your name/s will appear with a profile photo. This allows guests to identify which registry is yours. So help your guests out, and don't forget to add that photo!

Edit your name/s

This isn't just a reminder for forgetful guests, but a way for us to get to know you too. Here we ask you for your full names so we get the information we need to serve you.

Update delivery address

This is one of the most important things we need from you. Part of our service is doorstep delivery. And for us to accomplish this, we need to know where to bring your gifts. Kindly note that delivery is only within Metro Manila. For addresses outside of Metro Manila, gifts can be delivered with additional shipping fees. Email us at support@knotsandpans.com if you wish to have any special arrangements.

Edit the date of your event

If your event date has changed, simply click on ACCOUNT INFO and edit your event date.

Registry URL

To further personalize your registry, you can create your own registry URL. Simply click on account info and make your own URL name.

STEP 4 : PUBLISH YOUR REGISTRY

Your registry is automatically published. You can continue to add items as you please. This means you can keep adding or editing your registry anytime, and anywhere. Once an item has been fully purchased, it can no longer be removed.

STEP 5 : SHARE YOUR REGISTRY

When you're happy with all the items in your registry, it's time to tell your guests about it. For sharing it online, click on the SHARE REGISTRY button and simply paste this link on your personalized websites, Facebook event page, Whatsapp, Viber, or via SMS. You may also print your personalized URL on your invitation.

We've also added additional options of sharing your registry to your guests.

Invite guests one at a time

If you prefer to, you can also invite guests one at time. Simply fill out the necessary fields and we’ll take care of inviting them to view your registry via email.

STEP 6 : SIT BACK AND RELAX

Now that you've sent out your invites, we'll take care of notifying you about any updates. We'll let you know via email once a guest gets you a present. And we'll also keep you updated about new items you might want to add to your registry.

Registrants with at least 15 items in their registry can request for free registry cards to insert in their invitation suite.

We've also added additional options of sharing your registry to your guests.

We'll let you know via email once a guest gets you a present. You can also opt to turn off the email notifications in the Settings page of your account.

All items priced at P5,000 and up are considered Group Gifts. The GROUP GIFT function allows your guests to pitch in for a pricey gift you might like. It might be your dream sofa, a heaven-sent coffee machine, or your International Cruise tickets. Whatever it is, don't hesitate to put it in your registry.

For physical gifts, there are two ways to go about this. You can opt to convert the amount pitched in to store credits or you can choose to put in the remaining amount needed to complete the purchase of the item. Store credits can be converted anytime you want and it can be used to purchase items in our site only.
For Cash Fund items that are marked as Group Gift, regardless of whether it is completed or not, the contributed amount will be transferred to your bank account. If you wish to convert it to Store Credits, it is also possible. For either cases, please email us at support@knotsandpans.com.

We will strive our best to provide you with this option. Simply email us with the email subject: ADD TO MY REGISTRY and send us the product photo and details of the item/s you wish to add and we will get in touch with the seller.

For more information about an item, please send us an email at support@knotsandpans.com. Use the email subject: ITEM INFORMATION. And send us the name, brand name, and information you'd like about the product. We will respond to your query promptly.

To see an item in person, please send us an email at support@knotsandpans.com. Use the email subject: VIEW AN ITEM. Send us the name and brand name of the item along with your contact details, and several convenient dates for viewing. We will respond to your query promptly. Please note that some brands do not have stores or stock items in-store. In cases like these, item may not be available for viewing.

Select items can be customized to your specific needs. Send us an email informing us of which product/item you wish to customize at support@knotsandpans.com. Use the email subject: CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER.

Yes, for physical gifts. Part of our service is complimentary doorstep delivery within Metro Manila. But for us to accomplish this, we need to know where to bring your gifts. So don't forget to input your delivery address in your MY REGISTRY page. Completely purchased gifts will be delivered within 5-10 working days from the day of purchase.

Yes, most definitely! However, there will be additional charges for provincial or international shipping. Our support team shall send you a quote, and payment shall be shouldered on your end prior to shipment of your presents. Another option is for you to indicate a friend or a relative’s Metro Manila address. We’ll send the gifts there for free!

We will deliver your gifts within 5-10 working days after the purchase has been made. Any customized items will arrive at a later date, or based on an agreement with the merchant that is indicated in the product description page. A customer service representative will be in touch with you to coordinate details such as time of delivery, person to receive items, acquisition of necessary gate/condominium permits, and confirmation of address. For any urgent needs, please email us at support@knotsandpans.com.

You can keep adding items to your registry until 30 days after your event date.

Unfortunately, the items chosen may run out of stock. Items are only reserved once fully purchased by the guest. Many of our local items are made in limited amounts. We think this makes each item even more special. So please add items you like to your registry as soon as you spot them, to increase the chances of immediate purchase. And watch out for new arrivals, we notify you of any store additions as soon as we get our hands on them. We are also working with our merchants to make sure loved items are stocked so Registrants truly get the items they want.

Our logistics partner ensures items are in good condition before delivery. However, in the event an item arrives damaged, kindly bring this to our attention immediately. Please contact us at support@knotsandpans.com. Returns are only accepted for items with manufacturing or factory defects, not including any damage caused by customer mishandling. Exchange of item is only possible when the item cannot be replaced. Receipts for warranty claim will be sent to you via email once an item is fully paid. These can only be used for items with respective warranties.

Adding items from this category lets your guests give monetary contributions for your milestones, or even charitable efforts. When you select items, you can choose to a) indicate a specific amount they can sponsor entirely or b) put an infinite amount that guests can contribute to as much as they want. When your registry closes, the total cash amount will be transferred to your nominated bank account. A minimal charge of 9.7% allows us to process your gifts through our secure online payment gateways.

In the settings page, the Registrant can opt to have this charge shouldered by the Guests. Guests will indicate the amount they wish to contribute to the Cash Fund, and upon checkout there will be an additional 9.7% charge to the gift amount. Otherwise, if the Registrant wishes to shoulder the charge, 9.7% will be deducted from the total fund to be transferred to their nominated bank account. This setting can only be set once and cannot be changed. If you wish to change, you can simply email support@knotsandpans.com to make a request.

Now, even guests who are based in other parts of the globe can still send in their love without physically attending your special day.

We will transfer all the gifts in your Cash Fund after your registered event date. Please allow us 3-5 working days to transfer the funds to your nominated bank account. For international bank accounts, cash fund gifts will incur bank transfer charges to be shouldered by the Registrant.

Find a gift, faster.

It only takes two minutes. Really, we've timed it. So we'll keep this bit as simple as the rest of our site. Here are just the basic things you might want to know.

You can pitch in for a gift.

Our GROUP GIFT option lets you pitch in a minimum of P1,000 to a high-value gift. So together with some friends, you can give a registered friend a dream item for his/her milestone.

We wrap. We deliver.

We make sure the joy of giving is completely hassle-free. So we take care of everything from tying the ribbon to knocking on your friend's door. Now there's no need to rush to the store. And you can spend more time figuring out what shoes to wear instead.

STEP 1 : Find the Registrant's registry

Click SEARCH on the home page and type in their full name, first name or last name and click on their thumbnail to view their registry. If you were given the URL of the registrant, you can go directly to their registry.

STEP 2 : Pick a gift and add to cart

Browse through the items and/or funds in the Registrant's registry. Give your own gift or pitch in for a group gift. The GROUP GIFT function lets you contribute to high-value items a couple might want. A minimum contribution of P1,000 is required. Group gifts are marked with an icon to distinguish these from regular gifts.

Once you've picked an item, click ADD TO CART. You can also increase an item's quantity or pick a color (if the option is available).

STEP 3 : Check-out

You're pretty much done. Once you selected a product or gift item that you intend to purchase, the charges will immediately be shown to you, including the Value Added Tax (VAT), giftwrapping fee which is optional and the minimal processing fee. Don't forget to write a message for the couple before you finalize your purchase. You can pay via credit card, ATM / debit card, over-the-counter or mobile banking at your bank of choice. Our payment gateway has been tested and is guaranteed safe and secure.

For guests purchasing a physical gift, a minimal processing fee of Php 179 will be added to the Guest's total cart amount upon check out. For Cash Funds, the processing fee will be dependent on your contribution.

Registrants can opt to have a Cash Fund in their registry besides physical items. Items in the Cash Fund are meant for Guests to give monetary contributions to the Registrant's choice of fund whether it be for their dream wedding, a game drive in South Africa, their baby’s nursery, or even their chosen charity. A minimal charge of 9.7% allows us to process the gifts contributed to the Cash Fund.

Depending on the Registrant's setting preference, it may be charged to the Guests or shouldered by the Registrant. If it is set for the Guests, there will be an additional 9.7% charge to the gift amount upon checkout. Otherwise, if the Registrant wishes to shoulder the charge, 9.7% will be deducted from the total fund to be transferred to his/her nominated bank account.

Don't worry the Registrant will still receive your gift. There are two ways the Registrant can go about this. Registrant can opt to convert the amount pitched in to store credits or choose to put in the remaining amount needed to complete the purchase of their chosen item. Store credits can be used by the Registrant to purchase any other items on their registry or on our site.

If a Cash Fund is marked as a Group Gift, regardless if the goal amount was completed or not, the contributed amount will be transferred to the Registrant as cash and not as Store Credits.

Yes. Once an item is purchased, you’ll receive an email confirmation which serves as your receipt. If you do not receive an email upon successfully sending a gift, please check your spam/junk folder. If you cannot locate this email, contact our team at support@knotsandpans.com.

Furthermore, credit card verification may take up to 24 hours. If the system flags us for any suspicious activity, we will have to hold processing and promptly contact the registered cardholder for verification.

Items that are purchased with a product warranty will be sent separately to the Registrant via his/her registered email address.

A notification will be sent to the Registrant via email shortly after your purchase.

Yes, physical gifts may be wrapped with a ribbon and card. Upon checkout, you will be given an option for this. If you would like it to be wrapped, we use our signature white wrappers featuring navy blue hand-drawn homewares. All gifts include a navy blue ribbon with coral running stitches.

Yes, for physical gifts. Just don't forget to write a message for the Registrant before you finalize your purchase. Your message will be printed on a special Knots and Pans card, and attached to your gift. If you are contributing to the Registrant's Cash Fund, your well wishes will be sent to the Registrant via email.

Knots and Pans has a logistics partner who delivers all gifts to the Registrant’s listed address.

Gifts will be delivered directly to the Registrant’s listed address within 5-10 working days from the date of purchase. If you contributed to the Registrant's Cash Fund, the fund received by the Registrant will be transferred to his/her nominated bank account after his/her registered event date. You will be notified by email when the gift has been delivered to the Registrant or you may send us an email at support@knotsandpans.com to request for a status of your gift.

Pay by credit card online via PayPal.
Pay via Visa, MasterCard or JCB by choosing the PayPal option. PayPal accounts are not required for occasional users. Frequent users of the site may be asked to sign-up for a PayPal account.

Pay cash/check over-the counter or through mobile banking via DragonPay.
You can deposit your payment to your bank of choice. Details will be mailed as soon as you finalize your purchase. Gifts can only be held for a certain amount of time. For mobile banking, you may select DragonPay as well. Account details will also be stated in the email sent by DragonPay.

Pay using your ATM via Bancnet.
If you hold a BancNet ATM you can access your ATM and debit the purchase from your account. For BPI debit card holders, please refer to the second method.

Purchase of item is considered final once payment has been fulfilled.
